However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned and you may need to return or exchange a product. Therefore, we have formulated a return and refund policy to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges for products at point of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging. The product should be unused, unwashed, and with all the original tags and labels intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please make sure to mention the reason for your return or exchange.

Please note that certain products such as perishable items, personal care products, and intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. After the inspection, we will initiate the refund process.

For returns due to product defect or damage during transit, we will provide a full refund including shipping charges. For returns due to any other reason, we will provide a refund for the product cost only. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you do not receive the refund within this time frame, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In case of cancellation, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.

In case of any issues with the order, such as incorrect or damaged products, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a prompt resolution.

We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product does not meet our return policy criteria.
